Return and Refund Policy

Return of product you purchased from www.9moon.store
We accept exchange or returns of exchangeable or returnable items within 2 days from delivery date. If 2 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item should be unworn, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must have tag (if applicable) and also be in the original packaging.

Nose pins, Septum’s, Nose ring

To complete your return, we require an email request to help@9moon.in or website return.

Return
Once your return request approved, we will notify our address through email. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the PRODUCT. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and verified by our team, we will notify you that we have received your returned item through email. We shall also let you know approval or rejection status of return in the same email. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 2 to 3 days time frame.
